ShiftLab sells access to online video courses that teach people how to use third-party AI tools, including SHIFT AI. ShiftLab is an independent training platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by SHIFT Capital LLC, or by any company that makes any tool we cover. Product names, logos, and interfaces shown in our lessons belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and teaching.

Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details to yourself, for all activity that happens under your account, and for telling us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. One person, one account. Accounts are for individuals; teams should buy seats per person. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to consent to how we handle data under our privacy policy.

Acceptable use. Do not share, resell, sub-licence, or redistribute course videos, PDFs, prompt templates, or any other course material, and do not post them publicly. Do not scrape the site, probe it automatically, or attempt to bypass plan limits. Do not use the site to break the law or to harass anyone.

Paid plans and access. Plan names, prices, and features are listed on our pricing page. Payment is taken by PayPal. Buying a plan grants you time-limited, non-transferable access to the courses that plan covers. A plan does not include any credits, subscriptions, or services on the SHIFT AI platform itself — those are bought directly from that platform, and ShiftLab is not a party to any such purchase.

No earnings claims. Nothing on this site, in any course, or in any lesson is a promise or forecast of income. We teach how third-party reward and attribution programmes are described by the companies that run them. Whether any programme pays out, how much, or at all is outside our control and may be zero. Do not rely on any figure you see in a course as a projection of your own results.

Intellectual property. The courses, lessons, written material, and templates on this site are our work and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning and internal business use. Screen-recording and redistribution of lessons is not permitted. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Refunds. Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Where a course has been substantially consumed we may decline a refund request.

Disclaimers. The site and the courses are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any third-party tool will keep its current features, pricing, or availability, or that any technique taught will produce any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
